This notice covers the personal data Obligo processes as the operator of the OBLIGO website and platform: the contact details you submit through public forms, the account and profile data of platform users, and the operational records generated as your organisation uses OBLIGO. It does not cover the content of the contracts or documents your organisation uploads, which Obligo processes as a processor on your organisation's behalf and on its documented instructions.

For the OBLIGO platform, your organisation is the controller of the data it brings into the platform and Cybersol B.V. acts as processor on your organisation's documented instructions; the sub-processors engaged for the OBLIGO platform are listed on the Data Processing page. For the public website and direct enquiries, Cybersol B.V. acts as controller and processes contact data to respond to your request and operate the site. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data Cybersol B.V. holds about you, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
