What these terms cover
These terms cover access to and use of the public OBLIGO website and the general conditions of the OBLIGO platform: acceptable use, account responsibilities, intellectual property, and the limits of the service. OBLIGO is a decision-support system for obligation management, not legal counsel; AI proposes and a named human at your organisation approves before anything becomes operational.
Legal
Relationship to your agreement
Paid use of the OBLIGO platform — including service levels, commercial terms, data processing, and liability — is governed by the master agreement and order documentation executed between your organisation and Obligo. Where these website terms and that signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs. Nothing on the public website is an offer, warranty, or commitment beyond what that agreement sets out.
