What these terms cover
These terms cover access to and use of the public OBLIGO website and the general conditions of the OBLIGO platform: acceptable use, account responsibilities, intellectual property, and the limits of the service. OBLIGO is a decision-support system for obligation management, not legal counsel; AI proposes and a named human at your organisation approves before anything becomes operational.
Legal
Relationship to your agreement
Where your organisation has executed a master agreement and order documentation with Cybersol B.V., that agreement governs paid use — including service levels, commercial terms, data processing, and liability — and prevails over these website terms where they differ. Where your organisation subscribes through self-service sign-up, paid use is governed by these website terms together with the subscription and pricing selected at checkout, and the processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Nothing on the public website is an offer, warranty, or commitment beyond what these terms, the Privacy Notice, or any applicable signed agreement set out. Accounts admitted during the pre-launch period are not charged until the declared launch date plus three calendar months; until then no subscription pricing is selected or charged at sign-up.
