Understand what may require action.
Review proposed contractual and regulatory notification obligations, with their sources available for checking.
Pre-launch
CyberSol invites you to explore OBLIGO before its formal launch.
A cyber incident should not start a scramble over who to notify. Notification obligations can be scattered across agreements and regulatory requirements. Your team needs to understand who must be notified, what starts each deadline and who must approve the response—with the source available for review.
Notification responsibilities run in two directions: what your organisation owes customers and authorities, and what its suppliers owe it. A supplier incident may also lead to onward notification duties for your organisation. OBLIGO helps your team review those connections and the source behind each obligation; your team confirms what applies.
A spreadsheet of counterparties, a shared folder of agreements and advice from counsel can all be useful. During an incident, your team still has to bring that information together: which obligations apply, what starts their deadlines and who must act. If affected systems are isolated, access to those resources can become another obstacle.
OBLIGO helps teams prepare and coordinate notification obligations through a human-reviewed response workflow. It helps your team:
Review proposed contractual and regulatory notification obligations, with their sources available for checking.
Assess incident information against the obligations your team has reviewed and approved.
Review who needs a notice, what starts the deadline, what the notice should contain and whose approval is required.
An audit trail records approvals, actions and supporting evidence captured in OBLIGO, including who did what, so the decisions recorded in the product can be explained afterwards.
Your team completes and sends external notifications outside OBLIGO through the appropriate channels. OBLIGO supports preparation and the decision record.
The aim is to help your team move from finding the information to reviewing the next action. OBLIGO supports your judgment; it does not replace it.
As an approved participant, you can explore OBLIGO with a prepared fictional contract and guided quick start, or work with your organisation's own notification obligations if you choose, with direct help from our team. The guided example is an optional introduction, not a review of your organisation's legal obligations.
The pre-launch will help shape OBLIGO through participants’ feedback on proposed obligations, response workflows and the clarity of the decision record.
Approved pre-launch participants can use all features included in the Core plan, within its standard allowances, at no cost until launch and for three months after the declared launch date, under the pre-launch terms. Tell us what is useful, what is unclear and what would make the product more valuable to your team.
OBLIGO is decision support, not legal counsel. AI proposes; humans approve.
OBLIGO is led by Murat H. Candan, founder and CEO of Cybersol, who brings nearly three decades of cybersecurity experience, including two decades building and running managed security services. That experience informs OBLIGO's focus on preparing before an incident and keeping a clear record of decisions during one.
After approval, your welcome email links to the private interactive quick-start wizard. Sign in and complete any remaining account setup to begin.
We will provide a fictional contract tailored to your organisation, so you can quickly get started and explore what OBLIGO can do. The wizard introduces you to the interface and guides you through the example step by step. It provides your protected sample download when ready and explains availability if preparation is still underway.
For the purposes of this fictional example, your organisation is named as the service supplier. The customer, agreement terms and incident scenarios are fictional; the sample is not an executed agreement or an industry requirement.
The example places your organisation in the role of an office IT service provider supporting laptops, printers and file storage. Its support system is compromised, exposing customer information held there. What would your agreement require you to communicate, to whom and by when?
Start by comparing one proposed initial-notice obligation with its source:
Use the illustrated guidance to identify anything that needs correction. Keep the exercise to draft review; do not activate an obligation or send a real notification. This is a practical introduction, not a demonstration of every feature or an assessment of your real obligations.
AI extraction operates from EU regions.
If you choose to use OBLIGO in your workflow, Cybersol staff need your organisation's administrator to grant support access to your contract content through the application. That access is time-limited, recorded and revocable.
Read our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Notice for processing locations, access arrangements, retention, service providers and the limitations that apply.
Complete the account setup, credit-card and email-verification steps shown in signup. Your credit card is not charged when you apply. Your completed application is then subject to individual review. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or immediate access. The outcome is communicated by email. If approved, your welcome message will explain how to begin. If your application is not approved, we will let you know by email and confirm that no charge was made.

People responsible for understanding, reviewing or acting on their organisation's notification obligations—including security, legal, compliance and management teams. The office-IT contract is a practical example, not an industry requirement. This invitation does not offer management of client organisations' obligations.
Organisations based in EU member states are welcome to apply, particularly in the Netherlands. Every application is reviewed individually. OBLIGO is currently configured for EU-level requirements (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, CER and Article 73 of the AI Act) and Dutch national requirements; other member states' national requirements are not yet covered. The service is available in English and Dutch.
OBLIGO is currently in pre-launch; no launch date has been announced. Approved eligible participants are not charged before launch and receive three months of Core free from the declared launch date—not from the date they apply.
After that period, the standard published Core price recorded at signup applies and is retained while the subscription continues without interruption. Read the pre-launch terms before applying.
Not for the guided sample exercise. We provide the demonstration agreement.

No. Your organisation is named as supplier, but the customer, relationship and terms are fictional. It creates no agreement or legal obligation. Its example deadline is not a statement of a regulatory deadline.
Your welcome message and private wizard explain its availability and how to get help. Approval and sample preparation are separate; you do not need to apply again.
No. OBLIGO is a decision-support system, not legal counsel. AI proposals need human review and approval; they are not a guarantee of complete or correct advice.
